Ward 4 is home to Nose Hill Park. Created by the City of Calgary in 1980, it is the fourth-largest urban park in Canada.

- Median household income: $88,000
- Owner households: 64%
- Renter households: 36%
- Low-income households: 11%
- 22% of residents spend more than 30% of their income on shelter costs
- 9% of renters in subsidized housing
- 11% of residents use public transit to get to work
