Raising Confident Kids, Electing Conscious Leaders.
A Pre-Election Community Dialogue.
We’re inviting school board trustee candidates—and anyone interested in getting involved in the upcoming election—to participate in a shared, reflective conversation about leadership, public education, and how we show up for one another in these important roles.
Confident kids grow in communities that listen, support, and lead with intention. This free gathering invites school board trustee candidates—and anyone interested in getting involved in the upcoming election—into a shared, reflective conversation about leadership, public education, and how we show up for one another in these important roles.
The first part of our time together will focus on what public education means to each of us—why it matters, what it represents, and how it shapes the lives of young people and our communities.
The second part will explore how we talk to others about the issues that matter to us—especially when we don’t see eye to eye. How do we communicate in ways that help people truly hear us—and help us stay open to hearing them? Through thoughtful exercises and activities, we’ll build tools for connection, clarity, and courage in our conversations.
Through thoughtful exercises and activities, we’ll build tools for connection, clarity, and courage in our conversations about school board leadership.
This is a space to slow down, reflect, and strengthen our capacity to lead with intention and integrity—for our students, for our communities, and for each other.
From kitchen tables to board tables—let’s talk about what kids need.
